Prequel's Summer Cohort is kicking off June 10, 2025
What is PREQUEL?
Prequel is a 12-month program where students in grades 8-11 build a world-class project - either a business, charity, or media project - that will unlock acceptance at their dream school.
Students participate in weekly virtual sessions, get coaching from expert advisors, and work independently with a personalized roadmap
How much does prequel cost?
Tuition at Prequel is $6,500, divided in quarterly payments. Families can save $500 for paying if they pay for the year in full.
At Prequel, teens will:
- Leverage their passions to build a world-class project with the potential to reach millions in revenue, users, and impact.
- Work with our in-house college advisor to incorporate their Masterpiece into their College Applications.
- Participate in weekly skill building workshops on topics like business and entrepreneurship, AI-first thinking, and audience and distribution.
- Get personalized coaching from world class entrepreneurs to support their growth.
- Join an environment and vetted peer group to push them to new levels.
Who is it for?
Prequel is for students in grades 8-11 who are driven, willing to put in effort to receive outstanding results, and who want to stand out. Prequel primarily serves students in the North America, however international students are welcome to apply if they are able to join the sessions (please see schedule below).
Schedule
Mandatory Weekly Sessions on Tuesdays, 8:00 - 9:30 pm ET
Optional Weekly Guest Speaker on Wednesdays, 8 - 9 pm ET
Optional Community Session to Work on your Masterpiece on Thursdays 3 - 4 pm ET**
*Bonus Summer Session. Each week, we will rotate between Masterpiece Building Pomodoro-style sessions, sessions to create social media content and grow your following, and socials to get to know your cohort.
Mandatory Weekly Sessions on Saturdays, 12:00 - 1:30 pm ET
Optional Session (rotates between Guest Speaker, Masterpiece Work Session, and Cohort Social) on Wednesdays, 8 - 9 pm ET
WHERE?
100% online. Students build the skills they need to succeed from the comfort of their home.
HOW DO I ENROLL in Prequel?

Submit an application (note: this should be filled out by the student who will be joining the program).

Our team will evaluate your application and send a response in 24-48 hours.
- 3.
You will receive an acceptance package and the option to try out a live session.
- 4.
Submit deposit and enroll.
